THE WAYS TO INCREASE PEACE OF MIND:-

1. Do your most daunting task first thing in the morning

2. Let go of things you don't control

To understand this lets take an example, Imagine you make a plan to go outside with friends but at the last moment its start raining then what's your reaction?

you start complaining to the nearest person about raining that "it's not fair ,it's raining"

That's not going to accomplish anything – the rain won't stop just because you throw a tantrum. *The rain doesn't care.

So make the best of the situation.

Make the most of what you do control, and don't worry about what you don't.Start enjoying that moment.

3. Don't worry about what others are thinking

When we give over our power to others and allow that their impressions to become how we perceived, we lose out on who we really are. The only reality we can see is  how we believe others see us.
Don't worry about what others are thinking of you – most likely they're too busy wondering what others are thinking of them.

4. Walk to a window, look outside, and take a single deep breath

Just walk to a window, look outside, and then take a single deep breath, focusing only on that breath and nothing else in the whole world. you can do it at anytime but if you do this at early morning then you will also feel a fresh surrounding you.

Peace of mind is a great way to reduce the stresses of day to day life and can help you to become a calmer, more relaxed person overall.
